Hello and happy new year! I hope you had a lovely Christmas and that the year is off to a good start.
Over Christmas I took some well needed time out and indulged in lots of good food and plenty of sleep and crochet! It was wonderful!
As I’ve got further into the new year I’ve started noticing that I’m feeling flat, sluggish and unmotivated. I think it’s a combination of too much dairy over Christmas (hello desserts), running myself down and not enough nourishment.
I’ve decided it’s time to take some action so I’ve developed a mind, body and soul cleanse to get myself feeling on top of the world again. I’m also hoping to establish some good habits to support me during 2017.
I’d love you to join me in my mind, body and soul cleanse.
It starts on Monday 9th January and for the first 3 weeks we’ll nourish our mind and soul and then on 30th January we’ll add in the body until the end of February.
It’s a gentle and supportive cleanse that gradually builds on the previous weeks. We’ll be journalling, creating, using supportive self talk, decluttering and for the body aspect we’ll be using this wholesome cleanse and restore kit.
The most important part of any cleanse is support as you release the old and bring in the new. I’m here to support and hold space for you and each Monday you’ll receive an email from me with the focus for the week. We’ll also be supporting each other in my facebook group – we can share our wins and lift each other up.
