My focus with these designs and kits is to make them easy to make with simple instructions and videos – even if you’re a crochet newbie you can make them.

Toasty Heart Beanie Kit
Your head and heart will be snuggly and warm when you’re wearing one of these beauties.
The Toasty Heart Beanie is made in 2 parts – the beanie body and the optional giant pompom.
The beanie body is made by crocheting a rectangle and the first and last rows are joined and gathered together to make the top of the beanie. The giant pompom is tied on the top.
The Toasty Heart Beanie comes in 3 sizes:
- small – suitable for teeny tiny people (ie babies).
- medium – suitable for little people (ie kids) and small adults (this is the size I wear)
- large – suitable for larger adults

Warm Heart Scarfs and Cowl Kit
The Warm Heart Scarfs and Cowl look amazing, plus they feel lovely and warm around your neck. It’s a simple design that’s easy to make.
This is a “choose your own adventure” pattern because you’ve got 3 different options:
- a scarf – 18cm wide and 1.3m long,
- a scarf with chunky pompoms on the ends – 18cm wide and 1.5m long, or
- join the ends together to make a cowl – 18cm wide and 1.3m around.

Chunky Pompom Kit
I’ve discovered that making chunky pompoms is lots of fun, especially with the Clover pompom maker!

Warm Heart Scarf and Cowl Workshops
I’m going to be at the Melbourne Craft and Quilt Fair next week – it’s going to be so much fun! I’ll have my new kits and lots of chunky crochet and knitting tools there.
Each day at 2pm I’m going to be running a Make and Take Class where you can learn the basics of chunky crochet by making your own Warm Heart Scarf or Cowl.
