Handmade Canberra Mother's Day Virtual Market | Homelea Lass Contemporary Crochet

We’re looking forward to being part of Handmade Canberra’s Mother’s Day Online Market on Sunday!

We’ll be (virtually) opening the studio doors from 9am to 9pm and  I’ll be answering all your questions on our website chat, email, Instagram and Facebook – I’ll even be popping in and doing live videos to answer all your Homelea Lass and crochet questions.

Rhubarb will be back!

You’ll be able to spoil Mum with one of our Australian made contemporary crochet kits. We’ve got Chunky Scarf Crochet Kits and Chunky Heart Crochet Kits in all of the 10 Homelea Lass colours ready to put online at 9am on Sunday, and we’re hoping (fingers crossed) that we’ve made enough Rhubarb kits to last the day. See what we’ll have available at the market here.

There will be free Australian express shipping and complimentary gift wrapping with every order from 9am on Sunday, and we will be packing orders as they come in so you’ll know they’ll be on the way on Monday.

A note on shipping – we’re noticing at couriers are quicker than Australia Post at present. When you checkout from our online store you now have the option to select Courier (Sendle or DHL Express) or Australia Post delivery. Read more about shipping here.

Why is Handmade Canberra special?

Handmade Canberra is an amazing line up of talented Australian makers and everything available is Australian made. You’ll discover something to delight Mum and the entire family at this challenging time, and you’ll support small Australian businesses at the same time.

The great thing about it being an online market is that you don’t need to be in Canberra to browse the market – simply grab a cuppa and get comfy on your lounge!

The stallholder directory for Sunday is now available, so why don’t you pop over here and start writing your list?

With love, Lynda.
