Designed to help you relax and easily crochet a part each month, my latest blanket designs are full of woolly, colourful fun!
The fun starts now and for 13 months you’ll receive a new colour to crochet – it’s always a joy to open up a delivery of Homelea Lass chunky wool!
Happy Patch Blanket – snuggle on the lounge size (1.15m x 1.2m), beginner project suitable for learning to crochet, patches are crocheted individually and joined at the end, the full kit contains 14 skeins (1 skein per month and 2 skeins in the last month).
You’ll also need 15.75mm crochet hook, scissors, tape measure and 2 stitch markers (you can add them to your kit).
Layered Patch Blanket – cover my lap and legs size (1.35m x 0.9m), easy crochet project with different stitches and techniques to the other 2 blankets, crocheted all in one with no joining of patches required, the full kit contains 13 skeins (1 skein each month)
You’ll also need 15.75mm crochet hook, scissors, tape measure and 2 stitch markers (you can add them to your kit).
Folded Patch Blanket – snuggle on the lounge or across the bed size (1.35m x 1.2m), easy crochet project, patches are crocheted individually and joined at the end, the full kit contains 20.5 skeins (half, 1, 2 or 3 skeins each month)
You’ll also need 15.75mm crochet hook, scissors, tape measure and 2 stitch markers (you can add them to your kit).
In addition to the premium merino wool yarn, a colour-coordinated tea and a new part of the crochet pattern and online course each month, your Patch Blanket kit comes with detailed video tutorials (left and right handed) where I show you how to make your blanket from start to finish.
There’s a Zoom Catch-Up each month to crochet, chat and get help and if you’re new to crocheting, there’s “learning to crochet” zooms during July, August and September.
The Happy Patch Blanket Kit is ideal for you because it’s designed specifically for learning how to crochet. I’ll explain everything and show you exactly what to do in the included online course. If you need some extra help then come along to the “learning to crochet” zooms during July, August and September, or one of the monthly Zoom Catch-Ups.
The big wool yarn and big crochet hook are ideal for learning to crochet too as they’re easier to see and use.
In addition to your Happy Patch Blanket kit, you’ll also need a 15.75mm crochet hook, 2 stitch markers, scissors and a tape measure/ruler (add these to your cart when you get your crochet kit).
You can pause or cancel your subscription any time and you’re not committed to completing the full 13 months.
Your first subscription payment will happen when you order your kit, and the renewals for the 2nd to 13th months they will happen on the first day of the month. You have the option to renew manually or automatically, and you will receive a reminder 2 days before renewal.
You’ve got complete control over your subscription via your Homelea Lass account (and I’m here to help you via the web chat at the bottom right corner of the Homelea Lass website).

Hi! I’m Lynda (she/her) and I’m the lady behind Homelea Lass.
I’m here to help you improve your crochet skills and to help you find peace and happiness in your creative time.
In 2012 I was knocked down by debilitating chronic fatigue that put an end to my blossoming career as a Civil Engineer and Project Manager.
Early on in my illness, I discovered that I could crochet without draining my energy, so I spent my days crocheting, researching yarns and designing – this is how Homelea Lass was born.
My experience with chronic illness has guided me to combine my passion for exceptional design and crochet. I’ve developed a way of crocheting that’s enjoyable, easy to understand, and maximises it’s relaxing and wellbeing properties.
As my healing journey has progressed, Homelea Lass has grown, and I feel blessed that I can share my love of Australian merino wool, chunky crochet and creativity with you.
