- make an adjustable loop – the non-ball end needs to be 10cm (3.9in) long
- make 3 chain
- make 3 double treble into the adjustable loop
- make 3 treble into the adjustable loop
- do a double treble into the adjustable loop (this is the bottom of your heart)
- make 3 treble into the adjustable loop
- make 3 double treble into the adjustable loop
- do 3 chain
- slip stitch into the adjustable loop
US terminology
